Yoga Blocks

Blocks are used to support various parts of the body, such as hands, feet, hips, and back. They can help to connect the body to the floor allowing you to achieve better alignment and form during your yoga practice. This ensures the correct muscles are engaged and stretched during your postures. If I could only ever use one yoga prop it would be my cork block. It's not just beginners who can benefit from using blocks in yoga.
